HobbyGaia - Collections - Sacred Art - Great Christ in wood. His age is unknown, but he is old as the  Braga Cathedral... or almost. In fact, although it is extremely well preserved, it lacks only the initials at the top, you can clearly see the passage of time, or its marks.Also interesting is his way of supporting himself and his long cross with Christ at his height, used in times gone by (see the similarity evident with that of this painting of the end of 700, always on this site - S. Francis Xavier - which alias encourage to enter in the collection !!!  Nigible for anyone who appreciates or collects art, especially Sacred Art.

HobbyGaia - Collections - Sacred Art - Stupendo Cristo in wood. His age is unknown, but he is as old as the Cathedral of Braga..., or almost. In fact, although it is extremely well preserved, it only lacks the initials at the top, you can clearly see the passage of time, or its marks. Also interesting is its way of supporting itself and its long cross  with the Cristo bem la no cimo, used in times gone by, (see the obvious similarity with this painting from the end of 700, always on this site - S. Francisco Xavier - which alias served as an incentive for the  do  enter the  collection!!!  A must for anyone who appreciates or collects art, especially  Religious art.
