And since you have your hands full, be sure to also use the MilleGnocchi accessory, always from IPS, Imperia line, which can attach to the folder machine, and delight yourself with cavatelli, sardi and rigatelli gnocchi. Its robustness, elegance and beauty, made it my favorite, so if you are looking for an excellent machine of this type, I cannot do it unless I recommend it, and why not, also Raviolamp and MilleGnocchi !!! (see them below), and now this beautiful and interesting colander drainer (scolapasta) in enameled steel, also vintage sure, made by IMMI, (Continental) ... even the cat was interested, see it below, and because there is no pasta without parmigiano (Reggiano), use gratuggia rullo bialetti , and one of these days, invite your friends over for dinner, and surprise them with something unique, and most importantly, fresh and healthy, all made at home, of course, and as there are no two without three, to make the dough, use the legendary Thermomix , using the Supreme  to control the exact quantities, review them on this site !!!. And after such a private dinner, almost in a vintage style, nothing better than an excellent cafe, obviously made at Europicolla , grinding the coffee beans naturally at the gaggia MDF or Q uick MILL review them also on this site, and now the pages homemade bread without gluten , and pasta and pizza , and all this obviously made in Italy !!!

In the case of ravioli or patties, just skip the top cutting utensil and go straight to the also fabulous and vintage, of course, the Raviolamp, always made by IPS Torino.  And since you've got your hands dirty, don't forget to also use the MilleGnocchi accessory, always from IPS, Imperia line, which you can attach to the pasta machine, and delight yourself with the gnocchi cavatelli, sardos and rigatelli, and of course this for more particular dishes, such as cannelloni, when the paste needs to be cooked, use Aeternum's Cuocilasagne. Its robustness, elegance and beauty made it my favorite, so if you are looking for an excellent machine of this type, I can't help but recommend it, and why not, also Raviolamp, MilleGnocchi and Cuocilasagne !!!
