Gaggia MDF - vintage coffee grinder

Because a good coffee requires fresh grinding, a coffee mill becomes indispensable, which is why it is in all the bars !!!, and if we want to do it in our home, we can not proceed differently. Fortunately there are several valid options, such as the one of this vintage Gaggia Mdf, built in a superior, and practically indestructible, an authentic battleship protected by pressurized aluminum, and with a powerful motor of 155Watt well - (in the most recent models these characteristics have changed) . It also has 34 levels of regulation and a practical dispenser of coffee. All of these extremely well-maintained and robust details come at a price: 6kg fence, but convey us full confidence about their longevity.
And as if that was not enough, its elegance (usually robustness and elegance do not go very well, but here they harmoniously combine): when in the seventies, Gaggia proposed to build a coffee mill, with the characteristics of the bars, (robustness and dosage included), but destined to small communities or families, invites the famous architect and Japanese designer Makio Hasuike for its designer, (his works are in the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York), and the result is in view, so it can be said that Mdf is also an authentic work of art, and when not in use it can quietly leave it in the exhibition !!! To finish: if we look for a beautiful and robust coffee mill and we do not intend to have more than three dozen Euro, then this Gaggia Mdf Vintage, at least should enter, and without blinking, in the final list of your favorites !!!.

Porque um bom café exige uma moagem fresca, um moinho de cafe torna-se indispensavel, razao pela qual se encontra em todos os bares!!!, e se pretendermos faze-lo em nossa casa nao podemos proceder diversamente. Por outro lado, o modo como a moagem é feita tambem é de extrema importancia, pelo que uma cuidadosa escolha é essencial, talvez ate mais importante do que a propria maquina em si!!!. Felizmente existem varias opçoes validas, como a deste Gaggia Mdf vintage, construido de uma forma superior, e praticamente indestrutivel, um autentico couraçado protegido por aluminio pressurizado, e com um potente motor de bem 155Watt - (nos modelos mais recentes estas caracteristicas foram alteradas). Possui ainda 34 niveis de regulaçao e um pratico doseador de cafe. Todos estes pormenores extremamente bem cuidados e robustos tem um preço : 6kg cerca, mas transmitem-nos plena confiança acerca da sua longevidade.
E como se nao bastasse, a sua elegancia (normalmente robustez e elegancia nao vao muito de acordo, mas aqui combinam-se harmoniosamente): quando nos anos setenta, Gaggia se propos a construir um moinho de cafe, com as caracteristicas dos bares, (robustez e doseador incluido), mas destinado a pequenas comunidades ou familias, convida o famoso arquitecto e designer japones Makio Hasuike para seu projectista, (as suas obras estao no Museo d’Arte Moderna (MoMA) di New York), e o resultado esta a vista, pelo que se pode dizer que o Mdf é tambem uma autentica obra de arte, e que quando nao em uso se pode tranquilamente deixar em exposiçao!!! Se o MoMA o faz...
Para finalizar: se procuramos um belo e robusto moinho de café e e nao pretendemos dispor mais que tres dezenas de Euro, entao este Gaggia Mdf Vintage, no minimo devera entrar, e sem pestanejar, na lista final dos seus preferido!!!
