La Pavoni descobriu a Pedra Filosofal, porque os materiais da Europiccola transformaram-se numa autentica joia; e como se nao bastasse provavelmente tambem o Santo Graal, pois para a Europiccola, o tempo nao existe, foi eliminado!!! E mesmo com a forte concorrencia das novas maquinas a capsulas, com a duvidosa vantagem de fazer um cafe quase instantaneo, contrariando até a regra fundamental do bom café que exige moagem fresca, e com a obrigatoriedade de beber um cafe com uma mistura escolhida nao se sabe bem por quem, permitindo o contacto de agua quente com plasticos, nao aproveitando ainda  os restos do cafe para fertilizar as belas rosas, e um deitar no ambiente quantidades industriais de plastico, quando até os supermecados os reduziram dramaticamente, a Europiccola, uma obra genial de design e qualidade, continua a despertar o mesmo entusiasmo de sempre, e a ser recebida de braços abertos em qualquer colecçao!!!.
